By accessing or using Scalvera’s services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.

1. Services

Scalvera provides digital automation, CRM configuration, AI-assisted tools, and professional implementation services. Services are delivered based on information provided during onboarding.

Scalvera does not guarantee specific financial results, revenue increases, or business outcomes.

2. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete onboarding information
  • Respond reasonably to requests required for service delivery
  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws when using our tools

Delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate information may affect timelines or outcomes.

3. Fees, Payments & Refunds

  • Setup fees are one-time and non-refundable once onboarding has begun.
  • Subscriptions are billed in advance and may be canceled with 30 days’ notice, unless otherwise stated at checkout.
  • Cancellation stops future billing but does not retroactively refund prior charges.

4. SMS Usage Responsibility

If you use Scalvera’s SMS or automation features, you are solely responsible for ensuring your messaging practices comply with applicable regulations (including TCPA and carrier policies). Scalvera provides tools only and does not assume responsibility for customer-initiated messaging compliance.

5. Third-Party Services

Scalvera integrates with third-party providers (e.g., payment processors, analytics platforms, communication carriers). We are not responsible for the availability, functionality, or policies of third-party services.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Scalvera shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • Scalvera’s total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

7. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
